Chiles Rellenos

I had to do inventory last night so I am close to 36 hours without sleeping.  That is OK though because I am starving.  So what did I have a craving for?  Matt Martinez's Chiles Rellenos.

The first time I made this recipe I saw pecans and raisins in the recipe.  No way.  I followed the directions and they "make" the recipe.

The basics. Onions, celery and green peppers.

Chipolte

I couldn't resist. The recipe called for three peppers.  Chipotle it is. Smoky and hot.

Finished dinner photos will be posted tomorrow.  Always better the next day.

And naturally it is impossible to have Chiles Rellenos without Poblano chile peppers.
