Hay's Galleria Fountain

This photo was taken in the Hay's Galleria in London.

This was the site where the tall ships used to dock to unload tea and cargo from the Orient and India.

Today it is shopping mall.  I think the fountain has something to do with it's history.  I an assuming a ship and what I think is a nose under the umbrella?
