I had initially planned to make chicken fajitas tonight. But after the plans for the day of diving went sideways, I realized I had all the ingredients for chef Paul Prudhomme's Chicken Paprika.
What else could I do. This recipe is fast and simple so there wasn't much time to take photos.
As the afternoon sun hit the pan I knew I needed to capture the colour.
Nikon D7100, Nikkor-N Auto 24mm, 1/500 sec at f/4.0, ISO 200.
I still have to post the finished dinner.
