South Miami Cuban Stew

Cold days in Canada means spending time in the kitchen.  Nothing like a stew for dinner when it's cold.  Tonight's dinner is going to be Chef Paul Prudhomme's South Miami Cuban Stew.

First time I have made this but the ingredients sound incredible. Here is a photo of the spice mixture.
